The homeowners association manages and promotes the general welfare of the subdivision by maintaining its common areas and protecting the investment of  homeowners through enforcement of the Association's covenants. These duties are accomplished through voluntary participation by board members and committee members as well as by mandatory association dues from each homeowner.
